摘 要:为研究膨胀石墨对水溶液中甲基橙和水面原油的吸附行为和机理,通过改变天然石墨的粒度、可膨胀石墨的膨化方式、吸附系统的试验条件等手段来控制膨胀石墨的结构特性。结果表明,对吸附体系的搅拌有利于膨胀石墨对甲基橙的吸附,但不利于对原油的吸附。当膨胀石墨的孔结构发育不够充分时,由小粒度天然石墨制备的样品尽管膨胀容积较低,但其对甲基橙的吸附能力有可能强于大粒度制备的样品。对同种可膨胀石墨采用不同膨化方法制备的膨胀石墨具有相近的膨胀容积时,对甲基橙的吸附能力没有明显差别。In order to investigate the sorption behavior and mechanism of expanded graphite for methyl orange from aqueous solution and crude oil floated on water, the structural characteristics of expanded graphite was regulated by changing the size of natural graphite, expansion mode of expandable graphite, and test condition of sorption system, et al. The results showed that agitating sorption system was advantageous for the methyl orange sorption capacity of expanded graphite, but disadvantageous for its crude oil sorption capacity. When the pore growth of expanded graphite was insufficient, the sample formed by raw graphite with smaller particle size may exhibite higher methyl orange sorption capacity than that formed by raw graphite with larger particle size, although the former had lower expansion volume. When expanded graphites formed by different expansion methods of same expandable graphite had near expansion volume, there was no siginificant difference in the methyl orange sorption capacity.
