摘  要:以除杂提纯后膨润土为主要原料,经过n(OH-)/n(Al3+)=2.7的羟基铝柱撑液柱撑和添加碳源晶化改性后,膨润土吸附效果得到改善。与活性炭对比分析可知,当吸附时间为160 min时,穿透曲线吸附平稳期A-C>Al-C-Bent>Al-Bent>R-Bent,A-C吸附平稳期最高为87 min,AlC-Bent为63 min。不同葡萄糖碳源添加量对Al-C-Bent吸附效果有较大影响。当葡萄糖添加量为0.16 g/g Al-bent时,晶化反应后,改性膨润土吸附平稳期达到70 min左右,该吸附剂的平均吸附率为16.38%。当总气体流量不变时,温度对吸附效果有较大影响。Al-0.8C-Bent在50℃条件下吸附过程穿透时间较短,吸附平稳期为56 min,吸附率基本保持不变。The montmorillonite after purification was used as the main experimental material. When it was pillared by the hydroxy aluminum column(n(OH-)/n(Al3+)=2.7) and added carbon source with crystallization reaction, the adsorption result got better. Compared with actived carbon, it showed that when the adsorption time was 160 min, the stable time of adsorption was A-CAl-C-BentAl-BentR-Bent, and the highest adsorption period of A-C was 87 min, Al-C-Bent was 63 min. The addition of different glucose, the carbon sources had great influence on Al-C-Bent adsorption. When the amount of glucose was 0.16 g/g Al-bent, the stable adsorption period of modified bentonite was about 70 min after crystallization reaction, and the average adsorption rate of the adsorbent was 16.38%. When the total gas flow amount was constant, temperature had a great influence on the adsorption result. The adsorption time of Al-0.8 C-Bent at 50 ℃ was shorter compared with room temperature, the adsorption stable period was 56 min, and the adsorption rate remained basically unchanged.
