摘 要:本文主要研究数控车床液压卡盘夹紧控制系统,建立了动力卡盘的夹紧力和转速之间的关系模型,分析了基于供油压力随速度变化的夹紧力补偿,设计了动力卡盘的夹紧控制系统的油路,通过试验验证了采用了液压压力补偿的卡盘控制系统具有较好的高速性能。This paper mainly studies the clamping control system of hydraulic chuck of NC lathe. In tile research, a relationship model was established between clamping force and rotational speed of power chuck, the clamping force compensation was analyzed based on the change of oil supply pressure with speed, an oil circuit of the clamping control system of power chuck was designed, and the hydraulic pressure compensation was verified by experiment. The result showed that the chuck control system has better high - speed performance.
