摘  要:为了研究α-酮戊二酸对"麒麟肉鸡"早期生长性能、血液生化指标及组织器官的影响,试验选择健康且体重相近的1日龄"麒麟肉鸡"母鸡96只,随机分成A、B、C和D 4个处理组,每个处理组6个重复,每个重复4只鸡。A组饲喂基础日粮;B、C和D组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0.2%、0.6%和1.0%α-酮戊二酸的日粮,试验期20d。结果显示:在基础日粮中添加0.2%α-酮戊二酸能显著提高20日龄时肉鸡十二指肠的绝对长度和相对长度(P<0.05),添加0.2%和0.6%α-酮戊二酸可显著提高20日龄时肉鸡心脏的绝对重量与相对重量(P<0.05),添加0.2%、0.6%和1.0%α-酮戊二酸可显著降低20日龄时的血清丙二醛含量(P<0.05),且血清尿酸含量有一定程度的降低。但是,添加α-酮戊二酸对生长性能、免疫器官、血清葡萄糖、总蛋白以及白蛋白等生理生化指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果表明:日粮添加α-酮戊二酸可促进"麒麟肉鸡"早期十二指肠、心脏的发育,能提高机体抗氧化能力和促进蛋白质的合成。The experiment was conducted to investigate the influence of ot-ketoglutarate on early growth properties, biochemical indexes of blood, tissues and organs in Kirin broilers. A total of 96 one-day-age healthy broilers with similar weight were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates per group and four chickens per replicate. Group A was fed with the basic diet. Groups B, C and D were fed with the basic diet supplemented with 0.2%, 0.6% and 1.0% α-ketoglutarate respectively. The experiment lasted for 20 days. The results showed that supplementing 0.2% and 0.6% α-ketoglutarate could improve the absolute length and relative length of the duodenum by 20-day-age biddies. It also had a significant increase in the absolute and relative weight of the heart by 20-day-age biddies. What's more, when the biddies were 20 days of age, supplementing with 0.2%, 0.6% or 1.0% α-ketoglutarate could significantly reduce the content of malondialdehyde in serum and the level of serum uric acid was decreased to a certain extent.However, there were no chance on growth properties, immune organ, serum glucose, total protein or albumin. The results indicated that the addition of α-ketoglutarate in diet could promote the early development of duodenum and heart, increase antioxidant capacity and promote protein synthesis in early stage of Kirin broilers.
