摘  要:目的:建立检测蒙药那如-3药材提取物中乌头碱含量的方法。方法:根据酸性染料比色法原理,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定,检测波长415nm。结果:乌头碱在3.904~27.328μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程:Y=0.0249X+0.0768,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.87%。结论:该方法简便、灵敏,重复性良好,可用于蒙药那如-3药材提取物中乌头碱的含量测定。Objective:To establish a determination method for content of Aconitine in the Mongolian Medicine Naru-3 extract. Methods:The content of Aconitine was determined at wavelength of 415 nm by means of Acid dye colorimetry. Results:Aconitine had a good linear relationship in the range of 3.904~27.328μg/mL and the regression equation was Y=0.0249 X+0.0768,r=0.9999,the average recovery of Aconitine was 99.87%. Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive and good reproducibilite.It can be used for determination of Aconitine content in the Mongolian Medicine Naru-3 extract.
