益肾排石汤联合西药治疗肾结石的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究益肾排石汤联合西药治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2016年1月~2017年6月收治的肾结石患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加服益肾排石汤。比较两组治疗前后血清β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血肌酐(Scr)和尿素氮(BUN)水平、中医症候积分水平及生活质量评分的变化差异。结果:两组治疗后,在肾功能指标、中医症候评分和生活质量评分等方面水平均明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后观察组在上述指标方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后总有效率95%远高于对照组的78.4%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:益肾排石汤联合西药对肾结石的疗效显著优于单纯应用西药治疗,联合用药排石彻底,疗效显著,满意度高,值得临床推广。Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of yi kidney stone decoction combined with western medicine for kidney stones. Methods：A total of 120 patients with kidney stones admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was added to the kidney stone soup. Compare two groups of patients before and after treatment serum beta 2-microglobulin（beta 2-MG）, urine beta 2-microglobulin（beta 2-MG）, serum creatinine（Scr） and urea nitrogen（BUN）level,the TCM symptom integral level and the change of patient quality of life scores.Result：2 groups of patients after treatment, the renal function index, TCM syndrome score and quality of life of patients with score levels were significantly higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,after treatment in the observation group,the above indexes were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）,and the observation group after treatment,the total efficiency of 95% is much higher than that of control group 78.4%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Combined with western medicine,the treatment of kidney stones is significantly better than that of simple western medicine treatment,and the combined treatment group is complete,with remarkable curative effect and high degree of satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
