摘　　要：目的:通过对医院特殊药品使用和管理过程中存在的一些常见问题进行分析,提出相应的解决对策,为使医院特殊药品管理工作更加规范和合理提供参考。方法:通过查阅国内外相关文献和调研部分医院特殊药品管理情况,了解目前国内医院特殊药品管理现状。结果:我国近年先后颁布了一系列关于特殊药品管理的法律法规文件,对麻醉、精神类等特殊药品的安全管理工作起到了积极的推动作用,但在实际执行过程中,仍存在不同程度的管理漏洞。结论:建议建立管理机构,从组织上保证特殊药品管理工作规范进行,完善、加强特殊药品处方管理和存放管理,对特殊药品使用剂量进一步明确规定、加大对国家相关法律法规和知识的培训与宣传力度以及搭建特殊药品信息监管平台,实现特殊药品管理的动态可追溯等。Purpose：To put forward related solutions through analysis of common problems on special drugs use and management in hospitals and provide reference to regularize reasonable management of special drugs in hospitals. Methods：Related literature and reviews on special drugs management in hospitals at home and abroad are referred to have some understanding of the status of special drugs management in domestic hospitals. Results：In recent years,Chinese government has issued a series of laws and regulations on special drugs management,which actively promote safety management of special drugs such as anaesthesia and mental drugs. However,management loophole of different level can still be seen. Conclusions：Management institutes are suggested to be set up to secure regularization of special drugs management from organizational aspects. Prescription and storage management of special drugs can be improved and enhanced,and use dosage of special drugs will be further regulated and specific. Training and promotion on related national laws and regulations shall be strengthened. Information regulatory platform for special drugs shall be set up to realize dynamic retrieval of special drugs management.
