摘　　要：目的:为减少我院门诊不合理处方数量,对门诊处方进行点评分析总结,提出应对措施,促进临床合理用药。方法:根据每月随机抽取的门诊处方共计2920张的点评结果,汇总分析不合理处方存在的问题。结果:在抽取的2920张处方中,合理处方2684张,有236张存在用药不合理现象,处方合格率为91.91%。结论:我院门诊处方还存在诸多问题,有待医疗质控管理部门加大考核力度,积极开展合理用药知识培训,提高门诊处方合格率,促进临床合理用药。Objective： To review and analyze outpatient prescriptions,reduce the number of unreasonable prescriptions,and put forward some measures to promote rational drug use. Methods： Summarizing the problems of unreasonable prescriptions according to the review results of 2920 prescriptions sampled monthly. Results： In 2920 prescriptions,there were 2684 reasonable prescriptions and 236 unreasonable prescriptions. 91.91% prescriptions were qualified. Conclusions： Hospital outpatient prescription still has many problems,strengthening supervision and examination are needed by Medical Quality Management Department. The hospital should carry out rational drug use training actively,improve the qualified rate of outpatient prescriptions,and promote clinical rational drug use.
