二黄益肾胶囊治疗气阴亏虚型Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨二黄益肾胶囊联合常规疗法治疗气阴亏虚型IV期糖尿病肾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)的临床疗效。方法:前瞻性招募2016年1月至2017年5月在张家港市中医医院肾病科接受治疗的60例气阴亏虚型DKD IV期患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与试验组,每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联合二黄益肾胶囊治疗,疗程为8周。观察治疗前后两组的实验室检查指标,并从疾病疗效、证候疗效、肾功能指标疗效3个方面进行疗效评价。结果:在改善实验室指标方面,试验组疗效更为显著(P<0.05);且疗效评价中,试验组的显效率亦明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但组间有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:常规治疗及其联用二黄益肾胶囊,均可有效治疗气阴亏虚型DKD IV期,联合使用二黄益肾胶囊,能更显著缓解患者病情,改善患者临床症状,延缓肾功能恶化。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Erhuang Capsule benefit for Kidney combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of stage IV diabetic kidney disease（DKD） with deficiency of Qi and Yin syndrome. Methods： From January 2016 to May 2017, 60 patients of stage IV DKD with deficiency of Qi and Yin syndrome who were recruited to be treated in the Department of Nephrology, Zhangjiagang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group（30 cases of each） according to the random number table method. The control group received routine treatment, and the treatment group was treated with Erhuang Capsule benefit for Kidney on the basis of the control group, for 8 weeks. The laboratory examination indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were observed, and the data were evaluated from three aspects： disease efficacy, syndrome efficacy and renal function index efficacy. Results： In the improvement of laboratory parameters, the treatment group was more effective（P〈0.05）, and in terms of the disease efficacy evaluation, the treatment group was also significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）; but the effective rate between the groups was not Significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Routine treatment combined with Erhuang Capsule benefit for Kidney can both effectively treat the stage IV of diabetic nephropathy with Qi and Yin deficiency; but treatment combined with Erhuang Capsule benefit for Kidney can significantly alleviate the patient＇s condition and improve the clinical symptoms of patients, delay the deterioration of renal function.
