摘　　要：目的观察心脏外科患者围手术期运用主动脉内球囊反博的方法和并发症。方法对2015年3月至2017年3月我院心脏外科收治的18例运用主动脉内球囊反博（intraaortic balloon counterpulsation，IABP）辅助治疗的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果18例患者中，8例患者痊愈出院，10例患者死亡，死亡原因为多器官功能衰竭。18例患者IABP平均辅助时间为（95．32±21．38）h，无患者发生IABP相关并发症。结论在心脏外科围手术期运用IABP效果显著，值得推广运用。Objective To observe the complications of balloon reflectance in aorta during perioperative period in patients with cardiac surgery. Methods The clinical data of 18 patients receiving adjunctive therapy with IABP in aortic balloon surgery were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017. Results Among 18 patients, 8 patients recovered, and 10 patients died from multiple organ failure. The IABP adjunctive time of 18 patients were （ 95. 32 ±21.38） h, and no IABP-related complications occurred. Conclusion The application of IABP in perioperative period of cardiac surgery is effective and safe.
