护理安全风险管理在门诊血液透析患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨护理安全风险管理在门诊血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法以我院血液透析室2013年1月至2015年1月34721例次门诊血液透析患者作为对照组，将2015年2月至2017年2月39401例次门诊血液透析患者作为观察组。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上根据患者身体状况进一步实施安全风险管理，对门诊血液透析患者潜在的或现有的安全风险进行分析研究，做出有效质控整改。对比实施安全风险管理前后护理安全不良事件的发生率，探讨护理安全风险管理在血液透析患者中的临床效果。结果实施护理安全风险管理前后，观察组不良事件发生率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论通过实施安全风险管理，对门诊血液透析患者潜在或现有的安全风险进行分析研究，并作出有效质控整改，能够明显降低护理安全不良事件的发生率。Objective To explore the effect of nursing safety risk management on hemodialysis patients. Methods 34 721 outpatient hemodialysis patients from January 2013 to January 2015 were considered as control group, and 39 401 outpatient hemodialysis patients from February 2015 to February 2017 were considered as observation group. The patients in the control group were treated by routine nursing, and the patients in the observation group were further implemented with safety risk management based on the routine nursing. The potential or existing safety risks of patients undergoing dialysis were further analyzed, and effective quality control rectification was made. The clinical effect of nursing safety risk management on hemodialysis patients was verified by comparing the incidence of nursing safety incidents before and after the implementation. Results After the implementation of nursing safety risk management, the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly decreased compared with that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Implementation of safety risk management, further analysis of potential or existing safety risks in patients undergoing outpatient hemodialysis, and effective quality control and rectification can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events in nursing safety.
