摘　　要：在治疗抑郁症方面,郭义教授根据其病因病机、证候特点,在中医针灸基本理论指导下,结合现代生命科学知识,创建针灸治疗抑郁症的四通法——＂一针、二罐、三艾灸、四中药＂,取得较好疗效。即采用老驴拉磨手法针刺中脘穴疏通气机,在背部腧穴走罐以畅通气机,在气海、关元、神阙等穴位施以艾灸温通气机,以柴胡疏肝散和逍遥散为基本处方加减以通条气机。Prof. GUO develops four-dredging therapy based on traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern medicine which shows a nice curative effect in clinical outcomes. Four-dredging therapy includes acupuncture,cupping,moxibustion and Chinese herbs. With the manipulation named Laolv La Mo,he uses Zhongwan（RN12） to regulate Qi. To dredge the Qi of channels,moving cupping is applied on the back. In order to warm Qi,moxibustion has be done on Qihai（BL24） and Guanyuan（BL26） and so on. In order to adjust Qi,he takes Chaihu Shugan Powder（CHSGP） or Xiaoyao Powder as the basic prescription.
