摘　　要：国医大师王绵之先生是中医学家、中医教育家、方剂学科创始人。绵之先生临床辨证论治遣药组方如排兵布阵,出神入化克敌制胜,擅长治疗各种疑难杂症。先生习用的药对,不落窠臼,非常有特色。如黄芪配川芎治疗脑瘤,川芎配芦根治疗头痛,大青叶配升麻替代犀角凉血解毒透疹等。今特意辑录于此,以飧同仁。WANG Mianzhi,as one of Chinese medicine masters,is an outstanding doctor and educator of traditional Chinese medicine. He has founded subject of Chinese formulae in 1950 s. Professor WANG Mianzhi was proficient in clinical diagnosis and treatment,and also adapted Chinese herbs and formulae. His medication style is very unique,but not conventional pattern. There are some special couplet medicines,such as Astragalus compared with Chuanxiong Rhizoma treatment of brain tumor,Chuanxiong Rhizoma with Reed rhizome for headache and so on. Polygonom tinctorium Ait with Cohosh can cool blood and detoxicate instead of Rhino horn which was prohibited. The author shared academic experience with colleagues.
