摘　　要：总结马科教授辨证分型治疗乳腺癌术后经验。乳腺癌术后属正虚邪实,临床上按肝郁脾虚型、气血两虚型、痰瘀互结型、脾肾阳虚型进行辨证。马科教授治疗乳腺癌术后的学术思想主要体现在：（1）临床中重视整体观念与辨证论治,坚持辨体-辨病-辨证相结合的诊疗思路;（2）扶正治疗是基础,祛邪治疗是重点,灵活运用,贯穿始终;（3）结合现代医学研究,辅以辨病用药,以增强抗癌之疗效。治疗上强调疏肝健脾、益气养血、化痰逐瘀、补益脾肾,对于减少术后并发症及放、化疗引起的不良反应,防止术后转移与复发,增强免疫力,提高生活质量等方面疗效显著。To summarize professor MA Ke＇s clinical experience of treating breast cancer after surgery by syndrome differentiation. Breast cancer after surgery is a virtual reality,which is liver depression and spleen deficiency type,blood deficiency type,phlegm and blood stasis type,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type in clinic. The academic thoughts of professor MA＇ s treatment of breast cancer after surgery are：（1） Emphasizing the concept of wholism and syndrome differentiation and treatment as well as adhering to diagnosing and treating thoughts of combining distinguishing constitution,differentiation of disease and syndrome differentiation;（2） The treatment of tonifying vital Qi is the foundation. Expelling evils is the key. The two treatments were flexibly used and throughout the treatment;（3） Combined with modern medical research,drugs were added by disease differentitation to increase the efficacy of anticancer,emphasizing liver and spleen,Qi and blood,phlegm stasis,replenishing spleen and kidney on treatment. For reducing postoperative complications and side effects after surgery,preventing metastasis and relapse after surgery,enhancing immunity,improving quality of life and other aspects has significant effects.
