袁青运用调神针法临证思路与特色探析

摘　　要：＂靳三针＂为靳瑞教授多年临床经验总结,被誉为中国十大针灸流派之—、岭南针灸代表。袁青教授系广州中医药大学靳三针研究中心主任;国家人事部、卫生部、国家中医药管理局认定的靳瑞教授学术经验继承人; 1984年于广州中医学院医疗系获优秀毕业生并留校至今,跟随靳老从事靳三针临床、教学和科研工作30余年并总结出＂调神针法＂作为＂靳三针＂疗法的精髓内容并广泛应用。＂靳三针＂疗法在临床应用中注重＂治神＂的作用,将＂神＂作为临床诊断和治疗疾病的主要因素,通过调整患者的＂神＂,达到极佳的治疗效果。本文从调神的重要性和调神针法的临证思路入手,结合袁青教授门诊案列,探析调神针法临床特色。Abstract Jin＇s Three-Needle treatment method is a summary of Professor JIN＇s years of clinical experience. It is honored as the top ten Chinese acupuncture genre and the representative of Lingnna acupuncture. YUAN Qing is the director of JIN＇s Three-Needle research centre of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,and also is the inheritor of Professor JIN＇s academic experience certificated by MOHRSS（Ministry of Human Resources and social security of the P. R. China）,Ministry of Health P. R. China and State Administration of TCM P. R. China. In 1984,he graduated from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine with outstanding graduates and stayed in the university. He has been worked with Professor JIN as a clinical,instructor and researcher for more than 30 years. The JIN＇s Three-Needle emphases on regulating spirit in clinical application,and so Professor YUAN summarized the theory of regulating spirit as the soul of JIN＇s Three-Needle and widely used in the clinical diagnosis and treatment as the main factors. To achieve good therapeutic effect,regulating spirit when treating diseases is important. This paper combined the importance and clinical theory with Professor YUAN＇s outpatient case analyzed the clinical characteristic of regulating spirit.
