摘 要:目的:建立不同商品地、不同品种地龙、水蛭中铜、砷、铬、汞、铅5种重金属及有害元素残留的检测方法,了解目前市场地龙、水蛭中重金属及有害元素的残留情况。方法:采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定五种元素的含量。结果:各元素线性相关系数0. 9997~1,加标回收率为81. 2~112. 5%,精密度为0. 48~2. 64%。经测定所有检测地龙、水蛭样品所含有害元素均超标。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确性好,适用于地龙、水蛭中有害元素的检测,建议在人工养殖过程中注意可能影响地龙、水蛭中有害元素水平的因素。Objective: To estabish the method of determination of Cu As Cd Hg Pb and understand the residual condition of the five elements in Pheretima and Hirudo. Methods: The batches of Pheretima and Hirudo were prepared by microwave digestion,and the contents of Cu As Cd Hg Pb were determined by the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Results: The correlative coefficentients of standhard curves were 0. 9997 ~ 1,The recoveries of the elements were ranged 81. 2 ~ 112. 5%,and the relative standard deviations of precision were ranged 0. 48 ~ 2. 64%. The content of Cu As Cd Hg Pb in all samples of Pheretima and Hirudo. exceeded the standard. Conclusion: The method is accurate quick-aquried and convenient,It is used in the determination of harmful trace elements in Pheretima and Hirudo. It is suggested to pay attention to the factors that may affect the level of harmful trace elements in Pheretima and Hirudo in the process of artificial breeding.
