中医外治法干预肌筋膜疼痛综合征的研究概况

摘　　要：目的：总结中医外治法干预肌筋膜疼痛综合征的研究概况,为临床诊疗提供参考。内容：总结常用的中医外治法治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征的特点,并阐述其机制机理。方法：通过广泛查阅国内中医外治法治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征的文献报道,从针刺、推拿、艾灸、中药外用、拔罐5个方面阐述各自的特点、优点以及起效机制。结果：针刺、推拿、艾灸、中药外用、拔罐这5种疗法确有疗效,但也有其不足之处以及研究深度有所欠缺。结论：深入研究各种疗法的机制及临床应用,多种疗法有机结合,建立规范化的治疗方案很有必要。Objective： To summarize the research survey on intervention of myofascial pain syndrome by external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. To summarize the characteristics of myofascial pain syndrome by external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and explain its mechanism. Methods： Through extensive review of the domestic literature report on the treatment of myofascial pain syndrome by external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,it expounded the characteristics,advantages and effective mechanism from acupuncture,massage,moxibustion and external use of Chinese medicine and cupping. Results： The five treatments including acupuncture,massage,moxibustion,external use of Chinese medicine and cupping are effective,but there are also shortcomings and lack of research depth. Conclusion： It is necessary to study the mechanism and clinical application of various therapies,combined various therapies,and establishes a standardized treatment plan.
