摘  要:[目的]通过室内活性和田间药效研究,筛选出有效防控葡萄霜霉病的杀菌剂。[方法]室内生物活性测定和田间试验相结合,测定氟吡菌胺、丁香酚、嘧菌酯等6种杀菌剂对葡萄霜霉病的生物活性和田间防效。[结果] 97%氟吡菌胺EC50值为0.35 mg/L,在质量浓度为2 mg/L时,田间防效达到90%以上,99.97%亚磷酸活性较差。[结论] 6种杀菌剂对葡萄霜霉病均有防治作用,氟吡菌胺和嘧菌酯可作为防控葡萄霜霉病的有效药剂使用。[Aims] This paper aims to screen out the effective fungicides for control of grape downy mildew, indoor activity and field trial of several fungicides on grape downy mildew were carried out. [Methods] Indoor activity measurement and field trial were carried out to determine the biological activity and field control effect of six fungicides such as fluopyram, eugenol and azoxystrobin on grape downy mildew. [Results] The EC50 of 97% fluopram was 0.35 mg/L at the concentration of 2 mg/L, its control effect was over 90% in field. But the activity of 99.97% phosphorous acid was poorrelatively. [Conclusions] Six fungicides have control effect on grape downy mildew, fluopyram and azoxystrobin can be used as effective agents for controlling grape downy mildew.
