摘 要:采用氩弧焊对锅炉专用T91钢、12Cr1MoVG钢进行了管管对接。利用EIS、极化曲线、浸泡腐蚀实验等测试方法,研究了T91钢、12Cr1MoVG钢以及T91钢/12Cr1MoVG钢焊接接头在3.5%(质量分数) NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。12Cr1MoVG钢热影响区显微组织为粗大的铁素体、珠光体,浸泡腐蚀过程中热影响区腐蚀程度最深。电化学结果表明,在3.5%NaCl溶液中,合金钢均表现为阳极活性溶解,未出现钝化区,T91钢的自腐蚀电位最大,耐蚀性最好。焊接接头的自腐蚀电位介于T91钢与12Cr1MoVG钢之间。T91钢的容抗弧半径最大,焊接接头的容抗弧半径最小,接头组织热影响区组织粗化、成分差异是导致接头耐腐蚀性能差的主要因素。Pipe steels of T91 and 12 Cr1 MoVG were jointed by TIG welding. The corrosion behavior of T91 steel, 12 Cr1 MoVG steel and weld joint T91/12 Cr1 MoVG in 3.5%(mass fraction) NaCl solution was studied by means of EIS, polarization curve measurement and soaking corrosion tests. The heat affected zone of 12 Cr1 MoVG steel presents a microstructure of coarse ferrite and pearlite and which suffered from the most severe corrosion degree after soaking in 3.5%NaCl solution. Electrochemical results showed that in the 3.5% NaCl solution, the alloy steels present typical anode active dissolution without any sign of passivation, while T91 steel had the highest corrosion potential and the best corrosion resistance. The corrosion potential of the welded joint is in between those of T91 steel and 12 Cr1 MoVG steel.The radius of the capacitive arc of T91 steel is the highest, the radius of the capacitive arc of the welded joint is the smallest. It follows that the main factors affecting the corrosion resistance of weld joint may include the coarsening and the composition variation of the heat affected zone.
