摘  要:通过失重实验、电化学实验和扫描电镜等方法,研究了一种双席夫碱(PCBD)在1 mol/L盐酸溶液中对N80钢的吸附缓蚀性能。结果表明,在1 mol/L的盐酸中PCBD对N80钢具有优异的缓蚀性能,缓蚀率随其浓度的增加而增大;随温度的升高而降低;在温度为298 K,其浓度为1.0 mmol/L时,缓蚀率可达96%。PCBD是一种混合抑制型缓蚀剂,在N80钢表面是以化学吸附为主的自发过程,且符合Langmuir吸附等温式。同时,本文还计算和讨论了相关的热力学和动力学参数。The corrosion inhibition of a Bis-schiff base(PCBD) for N80 steel in 1 mol/L HCl solution was investigated by means of mass loss methods, electrochemical measurements and scanning electron microscopy. Results show that PCBD presents excellent inhibition effect for N80 steel in solution of 1 mol/L HCl, of which the inhibition efficiency increases with the increase of PCBD concentration, while decreases with the increase of temperature. The inhibition efficiency reaches 96% in solution with the inhibitor concentration of 1.0 mmol/L PCBD at 298 K. The adsorption of PCBD on the metal surface follows the Langmuir isotherm. It is found that PCBD acts as mixed-type inhibitor, which can be adsorbed on N80 steel surface, leading to the formation of a protective film to decrease the corrosion rate. The addition of PCBD in HCl solution can enhance the apparent activation energy of the corrosion reaction on carbon steel, resulting in the significant corrosion inhibition effect. Accordingly, the relevant thermodynamic and kinetic parameters were calculated and discussed.
