摘　　要：本文基于欧盟非食品类消费品快速预警系统RAPEX通报,分析了最新通报数据、RAPEX系统中我国的占比和数据情况、欧盟政府对产品安全监管的新动向;从产品安全监管角度对我国消费品召回和消费预警提出的建议。This paper analyzes the latest Notification date, the proportion of our country in RAPEX system, and the new tendency of government regulations based on the notifications of The Rapid Alert System for Non-Food Products （RAPEX）, putting forward the proposal on the recall of China＇ s consumer goods and forewarning from the point of product safety regulation.
