摘　　要：肿瘤专业期刊是承载和传递肿瘤学科基础与临床学术研究领域新成果、新技术和新进展的重要平台。编辑的专业素质、学术素养及综合能力均对期刊论文的质量有重要影响。文章主要从以上几方面探讨肿瘤专业期刊编辑的自我管理。Oncology journals are important platform for carrying and transmitting new achievements,new technologies and new progress in the basic and clinical academic research field of oncology. The professional quality,academic accomplishmen and comprehensive ability of editors have important effect on the quality of journal articles. The self-management of the editors of professional oncology journals are discussed from above aspects in this article.
