摘  要:铸造CAE分析技术能够通过计算机模拟直观显示充型、凝固过程中温度变化和缺陷位置,可以有效地缩短产品研发、试制周期,提高铸件质量,极大地提升铸造企业竞争力。通过运用铸造CAE辅助分析模拟,利用厚壁球铁件石墨化膨胀达到自补缩效果,成功指导厚壁齿圈件产品的工艺改进过程。Solidification of cast iron was done in an environment of high temperature complexity and invisibility.The casting CAE analysis technology can intuitively display the temperature change and defect position in the filling and solidification process through computer simulation,which can effectively shorten the product development and trial production cycle,improve casting quality and greatly enhance the competitiveness of casting enterprises.By using casting CAE assistant analysis simulation,the graphitization expansion of thick wall parts is used to achieve self-reinforcing effect,which guides the process improvement of thick wall gear ring parts.
