摘　　要：介绍了铜及铜合金熔炼使用的有芯感应电炉"射流"感应体的特点,分析了生产实践中新开炉时的起熔技术。通过对不同熔沟形式、不同起熔方法的比较,指出保证起熔成功的关键操作技术。The characteristics of ＂jet-flow＂ inductor for channel type induction furnace which used in the melting copper and copper alloy was introduced,and the technology of initial start-up on the new inductor of furnace in production practice was studied.The different channel types different methods were compared.According to the comparison results,the key operation factors which ensure the success of initial start-up are pointed out.
