摘  要:微观孔洞是镍基单晶高温合金的主要缺陷之一,会显著降低合金的力学性能,因此一直是高温合金领域的研究重点。总结了单晶高温合金中包含显微疏松和固溶微孔在内的微观孔洞缺陷形成机制,并分析了抽拉速度、温度梯度和合金成分等因素对显微疏松形成的影响规律。综述了热等静压对显微疏松的消除机制及其对力学性能的改善作用。Micropores were one of the main defects of single-crystal nickel-base superalloy and had a significant influence on the mechanical properties of the alloys.Therefore,micro-pore was the research focus in the field of the superalloy.The formation mechanisms of micropore consisting of porosity and homogenization-pore were summarized;the influence of withdrawl velocity,temperature gradient,alloy compositions and other factors on the formation of the porosity were discussed.In addition,the effect of hot isostatic pressing on porosity elimination and improvement of mechanical properties were reviewed.
