益肾养血通络法联合耳后注射治疗神经性耳鸣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析益肾养血通络法联合耳后注射在临床中治疗神经性耳鸣患者的效果。方法选择在2017年1月至2018年2月到我院进行治疗的60例神经性耳鸣患者,根据治疗方式分组,分为对照组、观察组,分别30例。对照组与观察组分别行耳后注射、耳后注射联合益肾养血通络法进行治疗。对两组患者的治疗总有效率以及治疗前后中医证候评分进行评价与比较。结果 (1)两组患者总有效率比较:观察组治疗后临床总有效率为(90.0%)明显高于对照组(73.3%),两组对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);(2)两组患者中医证候评分比较:治疗前,比较两组患者头晕目眩、心悸气短、耳鸣耳聋、腰酸膝软中医证候评分情况,无统计学差异(P> 0.05);治疗后,观察组上述四项中医证候评分情况显著优于对照组,两组对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对于神经性耳鸣患者而言,选择耳后注射联合益肾养血通络法进行治疗,不仅可有效改善多项临床症状,还可提高治疗总有效率,在临床中具有可观的价值。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of Yishen Yangxue Tongluo combined with post-auricular injection in the treatment of patients with neurological tinnitus. Methods Sixty patients with neurological tinnitus who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled. According to the treatment, they were divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases respectively. The control group and the observation group were treated with ear injection and ear injection combined with Yishen Yangxue Tongluo method. The total effective rate of treatment and the TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were evaluated and compared. Results（1） The total effective rate of the two groups was compared： the total effective rate of the observation group after treatment（90.0%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（73.3%）, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;（2） Comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups： before treatment, the patients in the two groups were compared with dizziness, palpitations, shortness of breath, tinnitus and deafness, and the scores of TCM syndromes of low back pain（P〉0.05）. After treatment, observation The scores of the above four TCM syndromes were significantly better than those of the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with neurological tinnitus, choose the ear injection combined with Yishen Yangxue Tongluo method. Treatment can not only effectively improve a number of clinical symptoms, but also improve the total effective rate of treatment, and has considerable value in the clinic.
