快速康复外科在经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术围手术期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在快速康复理念指导下的围手术期护理对经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术患者的护理经验体会。方法对2017年1月至2018年2月以来在我科行经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术的186名患者围手术期实施快速康复护理。结果 186例患者无护理并发症发生,均治愈出院。结论对行经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术的前列腺增生患者实施快速康复护理能保证手术效果,有效减少术后并发症的发生,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the experience of perioperative nursing for patients undergoing transurethral holmium laser prostatectomy guided by the concept of rapid rehabilitation. Methods 186 patients who underwent transurethral holmium laser enucleation of prostate in our department from January 2017 to February 2018 received rapid rehabilitation nursing during the perioperative period. Results 186 patients had no nursing complications and were cured and discharged. Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia undergoing transurethral holmium laser enucleation can ensure the effect of operation, effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, and improve patient satisfaction.
