SICU预防压疮护理指引在降低高危患者压疮发生率中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨SICU预防压疮护理指引在预防压疮中的效果。方法选择543例患者,分为对照组(263例,采用常规护理预防压疮)与观察组(280例,采用SICU护理指引预防压疮),比较两组在本科住院期间压疮发生情况。结果观察组压疮发生率显著低于对照组,两组结果比较,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。比较两组患者的满意度,观察组显著高于对照组,经比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在SICU压疮预防工作中践行预防压疮护理指引,大大降低了压疮发生率,值得临床推广。0 bjective To explore the effect of SICU nursing guideline on pressure ulcer prevention in pressure sore. Methods 543 patients were divided into the control group（263 cases, by routine nursing care to prevent pressure ulcer） and the observation group（280 cases, by SICU nursing care to prevent pressure ulcer）, the incidence of pressure ulcer was compared between the two groups during hospitalization. Results The incidence of pressure sores in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction of the two groups was compared, the observation group was higher than that of the control group, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The practice of nursing guidelines for pressure ulcer prevention in SICU can greatly reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer and is worthy of clinical promotion.
