摘　　要：绿色金融是指为支持环境改善、应对气候变化和资源节约高效利用的经济活动,即对环保、节能、清洁能源、绿色交通、绿色建筑等领域的项目投融资、项目运营、风险管理等所提供的金融服务。发展绿色金融是实现绿色发展的重要推动力量,也是供给侧结构性改革的重要内容。开发性金融以服务国家战略为宗旨,与新疆经济社会发展重点高度契合。本文深刻认识中央及自治区关于绿色发展战略的重大意义,全面总结开发性金融服务新疆经济社会绿色发展的理论及实践,积极探索以绿色金融为支撑服务自治区经济高质量发展的路径。Green finance refers to the economic activities that support environmental amelioration, tackle climate change and increase resource efficiency. These economic activities provide financial service for the investment and financing, operation and risk management of projects in the fields of environmental protection, energy saving, clean energy, green transportation and green architecture. Developing green finance has become an engine driving green development, and an important part of the supply-side structural reform. The principle of development finance is serving China＇s national strategy,which is highly consistent with the priority of Xinjiang＇s economic and social development. This thesis deeply understands the significance of the green development strategies formulated by the central government and the autonomous region, comprehensively summarizes the theory and practice of development finance serving Xinjiang＇s economic and social green development,and actively explores the path of serving the economic development of the autonomous region with the help of green finance.
