摘　　要：目的 :分析对住院的糖尿病患者进行有针对性护理的效果。方法 :从2015年12月至2017年12月在河池市人民医院中医内科接受治疗的糖尿病患者中选取80例患者作为研究对象。采用随机分组的方式将这些患者分为对照组和观察组(40例/组)。在两组患者住院期间,对对照组患者实施常规护理,对观察组患者实施有针对性护理。然后对比两组患者的各项血糖指标、自我管理能力的评分和对护理的总满意率。结果 :观察组患者对护理的总满意率(92.5%)高于对照组患者对护理的总满意率(75%),P <0.05。接受护理后,观察组患者FPG、2hPG、HbA1c的水平均低于对照组患者,其各项自我管理能力评分均高于对照组患者,P <0.05。结论:对住院的糖尿病患者进行有针对性护理可有效地控制其血糖的水平,提高其自我管理能力和对护理的满意率。objective： to analyze the effects of targeted nursing care on inpatients with diabetes. Methods： from December 2015 to December 2017, 80 patients with diabetes who received treatment in the department of traditional Chinese medicine of hechi people＇ s hospital were selected as subjects. These patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group （40 cases/group）. During the hospitalization of patients in the two groups, routine nursing was applied to patients in the control group and targeted nursing was applied to patients in the observation group. Then, the blood glucose indexes, self-management ability score and total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results： the total satisfaction rate （92.5%） of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （75%）, P 〈 0.05. After nursing care, the levels of FPG, 2 hPG and HbAlc in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and all the self-management scores were higher than those of the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： targeted nursing for inpatients with diabetes can effectively control their blood glucose level, improve their self-management ability and satisfaction rate of nursing.
