老年人群网织红细胞相关参数参考区间的建立

摘　　要：目的确定老年人群网织红细胞常见参数的参考区间,为贫血等相关疾病的临床诊断提供依据。方法收集2018年3月-2018年5月吉林大学中日联谊医院体检中心60-90周岁正常老年体检者静脉血492例,应用Sysmex XN-A1全自动血液分析仪检测网织红细胞相关参数,并确定参考区间。结果在本组样本的各项参数中,除MFR男性组近似呈正态分布外,其他均为偏态分布,并且离散程度比较大。60岁以上老年人群RET%参考区间男性为0.10%-2.94%,女性为0.95%-2.81%;RET#(*109)参考区间为41.3-128;LFR参考区间为82.43%-96.17%;MFR参考区间为3.53%-13.00%;HFR参考区间为0.10%-4.97%;IRF参考区间为3.83%-17.57%;RET-He参考区间男性为28.76pg-35.17pg,女性为27.91pg-33.5pg。七组数据中,RET%和RET-He男女组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余均无统计学意义。结论老年人群的网织红细胞参数参考区间与厂家推荐参考区间相比差异较大,参数具有明显的地区差异性和年龄差异性,有必要建立群体化参考区间。Objective To determine the reference interval for common parameters of reticulocytes in the elderly,and to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis of anemia and other related diseases.Methods A total of 492 venous blood samples from 60-90-year-old normal physical examinations in the Physical Examination Center of China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University from March 20 to 2018 were collected.The Sysmex XN-A1 automatic blood analyzer was used to detect reticulocyte-related parameters.And determine the reference interval.Results Among the parameters of this group,except for the MFR male group,which was approximately normal distribution,the others were skewed and the degree of dispersion was relatively large.The RET%reference interval for the elderly over 60 years old is 0.10%-2.94%for men and 0.95%-2.81% for women;the reference interval for RET#（＊109）is 41.3-128;the reference range for LFR is 82.43%-96.17%;MFR reference The interval is 3.53%-13.00%;the HFR reference interval is0.10%-4.97%;the IRF reference interval is 3.83%-17.57%;the RET-He reference interval is 28.76 pg-35.17 pg for males and 27.91 pg-33.5 pg for females.Among the seven groups of data,the difference between RET% and RET-He male and female groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and the rest were not statistically significant.Conclusion The reference interval of reticulocyte parameters of the elderly population is quite different from the recommended reference interval of the manufacturer.The parameters have obvious regional differences and age differences.It is necessary to establish a population reference interval.
