糖尿病肾病患者血清β2-微球蛋白、视黄醇结合蛋白及胱抑素C、纤维蛋白原与D二聚体联合检测的临床价值

摘　　要：目的为探讨糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血清β2-微球蛋白、视黄醇结合蛋白及胱抑素C、纤维蛋白原与D二聚体联合检测的临床价值。方法采用日本OLYMPUS公司AU2700全自动生化分析仪对180例糖尿病肾病(DN)患者及150例健康体检者血清β2-微球蛋白、视黄醇结合蛋白及胱抑素C、纤维蛋白原与D二聚体水平分别进行检测并对结果进行比较。结果糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血清β2-微球蛋白、视黄醇结合蛋白及胱抑素C、纤维蛋白原与D二聚体水平高于健康对照者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清β2-微球蛋白、视黄醇结合蛋白及胱抑素C、纤维蛋白原与D二聚体联合检测对糖尿病肾病(DN)早期诊断、疗效监测、预后判断具有一定的临床意义。Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum beta 2-microglobulin,retinol binding protein and cystatin C、Fibrinogen and D-dimer in diabetic nephropathy（DN） patients combined detection.Methods The serum levels of beta-2-microglobulin,retinol binding protein and cystatin C in 180 cases with diabetic nephropathy（DN） and 150 cases healthy persons were respectively detected and compared by AU2700 automatic biochemical analyzer of OLYMPUS.Results The serum levels of beta 2-microglobulin,retinol binding protein and cystatin C,Fibrinogen and D-dimer were significantly higher in diabetic nephropathy（DN） patients than in healthy controls The difference is statistically significan（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Serum beta-2-microglobulin,retinol binding protein and cystatin C,Fibrinogen and D-dimer combined detection has certain clinical significance for early diagnosis,efficacy monitoring and prognosis judgment of diabetic nephropathy.
