下肢深静脉血栓形成患者血清IL-6、D二聚体和C反应蛋白的表达特征及干预后的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)患者血清白介素-6(IL-6)、D二聚体(D-D)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)表达的特征及干预后的变化。方法选取本院血管外科2017年收治的DVT患者102例作为研究组,同期健康体检者51例为对照组。检测DVT患者干预前后血清IL-6、D-D、CRP水平以及凝血功能四项,并与对照组进行比较。结果两组在年龄、性别等一般资料方面均无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组患者治疗前血清IL-6、D-D、CRP水平与对照组比较存在明显差异(P<0.05);治疗后血清IL-6、CRP水平与治疗前相比均明显下降(P<0.05),但仍然明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05); DVT患者治疗后a PTT、PT、TT水平均明显升高(P>0.05),而Fbg变化不明显。结论下肢DVT患者干预后血清IL-6、D-D、CRP均明显下降,高凝状态得到改善。Objective To investigate the changes of serum interleukin-6（IL-6）,D-dimer（D-D） and Creactive protein（CRP） levels in patients with deep vein thrombosis（DVT） and the characteristics before and after intervention.Methods Select 102 patients with DVT treated in our department of vascular surgery in2017 as the study group,and 51 healthy subjects at the same time as the control group.The serum levels of IL-6,D-D,CRP and coagulation function were measured before and after intervention in DVT patients,and compared with those in the control group.Results The serum levels of IL-6,D-D and CRP in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group（P〈0.05）;After treatment,serum IL-6.D-D and CRP levels were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,After DVT treatment,the levels of aPTT、PT、TT increased significantly（P〈0.05）,while the decrease of Fbg was not obvious.Conclusion The levels of serum IL-6、D-D and CRP in patients with DVT are obviously decreased,High coagulation state improved.
