摘 要:[目的]观察中药饮片煎煮及服用方法对疗效影响。[方法]使用对照研究方法,采用黄连解毒汤作为试验方剂,对照组头煎和二煎的时间均为0.5h,观察组头煎和二煎的时间均为1h,检测两组汤剂治疗,分析药汁以及药渣。[结果]观察组药汁量少于对照组,但盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷、栀子苷含量高于对照组(P<0.05);两组药渣在气味、颜色方面也存在差异。[结论]使用中药汤剂治疗疾病,需参照中药成分的差异选择煎煮方法和服用方法,尽可能提高临床疗效。[Objective] To observe the effect of decocting and taking Chinese medicine slices on the curative effect. [Methods] Huanglian Jiedu Decoction was used as the experimental prescription. The time of the head frying and the second frying in the control group was 0.5 h. The time of the head frying and the second frying in the observation group was 1 h. The two groups were tested for the treatment of the decoction. The medicine juice and medicine residue were analyzed. [Results] The amount of medicated juice in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but the content of berberine hydrochloride, baicalin and geniposide was higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). There are also differences in smell and color of medicine residue in two groups. [Conclusion] When applying traditional Chinese medicine decoction for disease treatment, it is necessary to select the decoction method and the administration method according to the difference of the traditional Chinese medicine ingredients, there by improving the clinical treatment effect as much as possible.
