嘉积鸭地面平养、网床平养与网床加发酵床平养对比试验

摘　　要：为研究不同饲养方式对嘉积鸭饲养效果的影响,试验选择健康嘉积鸭900只（公母各半）,随机分为3组,分别进行地面平养、网床平养和网床加发酵床平养,试验期91 d,测定其生产性能、体尺指标、屠宰性能、肌肉品质和经济效益。结果表明：在海南地区无论公鸭还是母鸭,91日龄时网床平养较地面平养平均日增重显著提高（P〈0. 05）,料重比显著降低（P〈0. 05）,成活率显著提高（P〈0. 05）;全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率、腹肌率及肌肉品质各组间均差异不显著（P〉0. 05）;经济效益网床平养最高,每只鸭毛利润分别较地面平养和网床加发酵床平养增加6. 2元和5. 5元。说明海南地区嘉积鸭最优的饲养模式为网床平养。In order to discuss the effect of netting bed rearing for Jiaji muscovy duck, three groups including ground rearing;netting bed rearing, and netting plus fermented bed rearing were used for comparative experiment, in which production performance, slaughter performance, meat quality and economic benefit were measured. The results showed that whether both male and female ducks of 91 days old in Hainan region,netting bed rearing significantly increased the average daily gain （P〈0. 05 ）than ground rearing, and received a significantly decreased feed-to-gain ratio （P〈0. 05 ）and a significantly increased survival rate （P〈0. 05 ）. Whole net carcass rate, breast muscle rate, leg muscle rate, abdominal muscle rate, or meat quality had no significant difference between groups （P〉O. 05）. Netting bed rearing obtained the highest economic benefit, and its gross profit each increased by 6.2 yuan and 5.5 yuan than ground rearing and netting plus fermented bed rearing, respectively. The results suggested that the optimal rearing mode for Jiaji muscovy duck in Hainan region is netting bed rearing.
