摘 要:为了研究不同浓度三丁基锡2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸酯对紫花苜蓿、苏丹草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,试验采用水培法分别用不同浓度(0,50,100,150 mg/L)三丁基锡2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸酯溶液培养紫花苜蓿、苏丹草种子后测定其发芽指数、发芽势、发芽率以及幼苗的过氧化物酶(POD)活性和叶绿素含量。结果表明:三丁基锡2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸酯对紫花苜蓿、苏丹草种子萌发的抑制效果极为显著(P〈0. 01),但不同浓度的抑制效果差异不明显;幼苗阶段根部生长均受抑制,但对苏丹草根的生长抑制更明显,POD活性明显增加,叶绿素含量随三丁基锡2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸酯浓度升高而降低。说明三丁基锡2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸酯对紫花苜蓿、苏丹草种子萌发和幼苗生长有较强的抑制作用,能够表现出一定的除草生物活性。In order to study the effect of tri (n-butyl) tin 2,4-dichloro-phenoxy acetate on seed germination and seedling growth of Medicago sativa L. and Sorghum sudanense, Hydroponics method was used in this experiment with different concentrations of tri ( n-butyl ) tin 2,4 -dichloro - phenoxy acetate (0,50,100,150 mg/L)for cultivating seeds of alfalfa and Sudan grass and, germination index, germination potential, germination rate, peroxidase aetivity and chlorophyll content of seedlings were determined. The results showed that the inhibiting effect of tri (n-butyl) tin 2, 4-dichloro-phenoxy acetate on seed germination of Medicago sativa L. and Sorghum sudanense was very significant( P〈0. 01 ), but no obvious difference in the inhibiting effect between different concentrations. Root growth was inhibited at seedling stage, especially more obvious inhibition to the growth of Sudan grass roots. The activity of peroxidase (POD) increased obviously, and the content of chlorophyll decreased with the increase of the concentration of tri(n-butyl) tin 2,4-dichloro-phenoxy acetate. The results suggested that tri(n-butyl) tin 2,4-dichloro-phenoxy acetate has a strong inhibitory effect on the seed germination and seedling growth of alfalfa and Sudan grass, which can show certain herbicidal biological activity.
