摘  要:为了研究胚胎移植后代超数排卵技术,试验使用120,160,200 mg促卵泡素(FSH)对172头和牛胚胎移植后代母牛进行超数排卵,并用9头公牛的精液进行人工授精,选择956头青年奶牛和564头泌乳奶牛作为受体进行胚胎移植,对使用不同剂量FSH和不同精液的胚胎生产情况和受体移植妊娠率进行统计。结果表明:供体超数排卵获得5. 30枚平均可用胚胎; 120 mg FSH超数排卵供体获得(6. 00±0. 22)枚平均可用胚胎,显著高于160,200 mg FSH超数排卵供体(P〈0. 05),平均退化胚胎和平均未受精卵数均差异不显著(P〉0. 05); 015,305号公牛精液人工授精后获得6. 40,7. 40枚平均可用胚胎,显著高于107,003,629号公牛(4. 20,4. 50,4. 70枚,P〈0. 05);青年奶牛和泌乳奶牛受体胚胎移植妊娠率差异不显著(P〉0. 05)。说明和牛胚胎移植后代母牛使用低剂量FSH和高活力公牛精液进行超数排卵,可以增加可用胚胎数量,受体移植妊娠率未受影响。The aim of the present study was to investigate the superovulation technique of embryo transfer progeny in Wagyu beef. The follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)(120,160 and 200 mg) was used to superovulate 172 cows of embryo transfer progeny in Wagyu beef,and 9 bull sperms were used for 956 younth cows and 564 lactatiion cows. The embryo production and pregnancy rate were statistically analyzed by using different doses of FSH and different semen. The results showed that 5. 30 available embryos were obtained by donor superovulation. 120 mg FSH superovulation donor obtained(6. 00±0. 22) embryos,which was significantly higher than that of 160 and 200 mg FSH superovulation donor(P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in the average number of degenerated embryos and unfertilized eggs(P〉0. 05). The 6. 40 and7. 40 mean available embryos were obtained after artificial insemination with No. 015 and No. 305 bull semen,which was significantly higher than that of No.107,003 and 629 bull(4. 20,4. 50 and 4. 70) available embryos were obtained,respectively(P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in the pregnancy rate of receptor embryo transfer between young cows and lactating cows(P〉0. 05). The results indicated that the use of low dose FSH and high vitality bull semen could superovulate and increase the number of available embryos,and the pregnancy rate of recipient transfer was not affected.
