麦默通微创技术治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨麦默通微创技术治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院2014年8月-2018年3月经手术治疗94例哺乳期乳腺脓肿临床资料,应用超声引导下麦默通微创置管引流27例,传统方法脓肿切开引流67例;术后对比两组治愈时间、疼痛分级、住院费用、住院时间、复发率、乳漏发生率、瘢痕满意度。结果 94例患者中90例治愈,4例于术后3月复发,经再次治疗后痊愈。两组间在愈合时间、疼痛分级、瘢痕满意度、乳漏发生率有统计学意义(P <0.05),麦默通组优与传统切开组;住院时间、复发率比较无统计学意义(P> 0.05);住院费用比较两组间有统计学意义(P <0.05),传统切开引流组优于麦默通组。结论 Mammotome微创技术治疗乳腺脓肿具有微创、美观、快速治愈等优点,但也存在住院费用高的不足之处。Objective To investigate the clinical effects analysis of acute breast abscess during lactation treated by Mammotome minimally invasive technique. Methods The clinical data of 94 patients with lactational breast abscesses were analyzed retrospectively from August 2013 toMarch 2018, 27 patients were treated with catheter drainage under ultrasonic guidance using the Mammotome system,67 patients were treated with the traditional incision drainage. Two groups of healing time, postoperative pain grading, hospitalization expenses, length of hospital stay, recurrence rate, incidence of galactorrhea and the degree of scarring were compared. Results Among 94 patients, 90 cases were cured, 4 cases had postoperative recurrence after three months, which were recovered after treatment. Mammotome is better than the traditional incision drainage in healing time, postoperative pain grading, incidence of galactorrhea and the degree of scarring（P 〈0.05）. There is no statistical significance compared length of hospital stay and recurrence rate（P〉0.05）. The traditional incision drainage is better than Mammotome in hospitalization expenses. Conclusion Acute breast abscess treated by Mammotome systemis minimally invasive, beautiful, fast cure, but hospitalization expenses is higher than that of the traditional incision drainage.
