摘　　要：在深化医药卫生体制改革的背景下,探讨了基于现代医院管理制度的医疗设备管理策略。文章阐述了现代医院管理制度对医疗设备管理的要求,并从医疗设备引进、使用及售后管理等环节分析了目前存在的问题,结合笔者所在医院实际工作经验和现代医院管理制度的相关要求,提出了相应的对策与措施,有利于促进医疗设备的规范引进、合理使用、后续管理及审计监管等,对于落实医疗改革任务,提升诊疗质量有一定的实际意义。To study the medical equipment management strategy based on modern hospital management system under the deepened reform of health care systems. The requirements of modern hospital management system for medical equipment management were discussed, the introduction, use, customer service of medical equipment was analyzed. Combination of practical work experience with relevant requirements of modern hospital management system, the corresponding countermeasures and measures were proposed. It is conducive to promoting the introduction, rational use, follow-up management and audit supervision of medical equipment, which has practical significance for improving the quality of medical reform and medical treatment.
