临床药师参与1例多种药物中毒患者的解救治疗

摘　　要：回顾1例过量服用丙戊酸钠缓释片、舍曲林、奥氮平患者毒物清除治疗的案例。临床药师通过了解3种药物的性质、特点,参与药物清除治疗(包括有针对性的选择适当的血液净化等方式)和药学监护,为临床实施过量中毒药物清除、解救提供参考,为类似病例的诊疗提供宝贵经验。Poison removal treatment about a case of overdose of sodium valproate sustained-release tablets, sertraline and olanzapine was reviewed. Clinical pharmacists, through the nature and characteristics of the three drugs, participated in drug clearance therapy （including targeted selection of appropriate blood purification methods） and pharmaceutical care, and provide a reference for clinical implementation of drug clearance and rescue of overdose poisoning.This review provide valuable experience for the diagnosis and treatment of similar cases.
