摘  要:通过对基质成分为50SiO2–20Al2O3–30BaF2的玻璃进行热处理,得到了含BaF2:Cr^3+纳米晶的透明氟氧化物微晶玻璃。玻璃陶瓷中存在两种发光中心,所对应的发光峰位中心位置分别位于红光区域724 nm处和近红外区域988 nm处。在低温环境下对Cr^3+的荧光寿命与温度的关系进行了探究,724 nm处的荧光寿命的相对敏感系数温度在317 K达到最大值0.58%/K,988 nm处的荧光寿命的相对敏感系数温度在184 K达到最大值0.47%/K。Transparent oxyfluoride glass-ceramics containing BaF2:Cr^3+ nanocrystals were obtained via the heat-treatment of the glass with a matrix composition of 50SiO2-20Al2O3-30BaF2. There are two kinds of emission centers in glass ceramics, and the corresponding emission peak center positions are located at 724 nm in the red region and 988 nm in the near-infrared region, respectively. The relationship between the fluorescence lifetime of Cr^3+ ion and temperature was investigated at a low temperature. The relative sensitivity coefficient of fluorescence lifetime for fluorescence 724 nm reaches a maximum value of 0.58%/K at 317 K. The relative sensitivity coefficient of fluorescence lifetime for fluorescence 988 nm reaches a maximum value of 0.47%/K at 184 K.
