摘　　要：本文对膝关节后交叉韧带解剖结构及在现代治疗中关于重建替代物及等长构建的概念和研究的现状进行了综述。对膝关节后交叉韧带损伤的诊治进展进行介绍，为临床提供参考和借鉴。In this paper, the anatomical structure of the posterior cruciate ligament of the knee and the concept and research status of reconstruction substitutes and equal length construction in modern treatment are reviewed. Further introduction and understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of posterior cruciate ligament injury of the knee will provide reference for further development.
