云克治疗强直性脊柱炎性附着点炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨云克对强直性脊柱炎性附着点炎的治疗效果。方法：选取我院收治的34例经非甾体抗炎药物及传统抗风湿药物治疗失败的强直性脊柱炎}生附着点炎患者，采用云克治疗。观察治疗前后的血沉、CRP、血小板计数、MASES、附着点超声的变化。结果：云克治疗前后血沉、CRP、血小板计数变化差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。MASES改善有效率为79％。结论：云克治疗强直性脊柱炎性附着点炎可使炎症指标下降及临床症状改善。Objective： to explore the therapeutic effect ofyunke on ankylosing spondylitis. Methods： 34 cases of ankylosing spondylitis with ankylosing spondylitis treated with nsaid and traditional anti-rheumatism drugs were treated with Yanke. The changes of blood sedimentation, CRP, platelet count, MASES and the attachment point ultrasound before and after treatment were observed. Results： the changes of blood sedimentation, CRP and platelet count before and after treatment were statistically significant, The effective rote of MASES improvement is 79%. Conclusion： it is effective to decrease the inflammatory index and improve the clinical symptoms of ankytosing spondylitis.
