摘　　要：改革开放以来的第一代企业家基本属于大器晚成型，柳传志创立联想时是40岁，任正非创立华为时是43岁，宗庆后创立娃哈哈时也42岁L以今天投资人的标准，创业者年纪过了．40岁，已经过了创业的黄金期、激情期。而那个年代，年近不惑的柳传志等企业家的激惰才刚刚被点燃。Today's investors would not prefer entrepreneurs over 40 years old, because they have already passed their golden period of entrepreneurship. However, at the time of 1980's, the passion of entrepreneurs such as Liu Chuanzhi. who was 40 years old, was just ignited.One day in November 1978. Liu Chuanzhi read an article on how to raise cattle in the People's Daily. He felt that the climate really changed.At that time, he had been working at the Computer Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences for eight years.
