摘 要:南页1井是四川盆地川东南构造带南川断鼻上的一口页岩气预探井,针对地层易坍塌以及存在微裂缝、石膏层、煤层等较复杂的特性,优化了钻井液体系,即在聚磺钻井液体系的基础上引入钙离子,变成钙基聚磺钻井液体系。该体系在南页1井的应用表明,体系高温稳定性强、抑制防塌能力好、流变性能优良,有效解决了页岩气水基钻井液井壁失稳问题以及盐膏侵、酸性气体侵等问题。Nanye 1 well is a pre-exploration well for shale gas in the fault nose of nanchuan structure belt in SICHUAN basin.In view of the formation prone to collapse and the existence of micro-cracks,gypsum,coal and other complex characteristics,optimized the drilling fluid system.In other words,calcium ions are introduced on the basis of the polysulfonated drilling fluid system to become a calcium based polysulfonated drilling fluid system.The application of the system in Nanye 1 well shows that the system has strong stability at high temperature,good antisloughing ability and excellent rheological property,and it effectively solves the problems of borehole instability of water-based drilling fluid of shale gas,salt-paste invasion and acid gas invasion.
