摘　　要：结合新疆戈壁明渠排水改造工程I标的具体实践,详细介绍了移动式斗式提升机、胶带输送机、渠道滑模衬砌机、多功能混凝土置缝机、多功能混凝土表面成型机的研发、应用、优化和应用展望。此研发成果填补了设备及技术空白,实现了渠道排水体系快速施工和混凝土在塑性阶段,摊铺振捣、分格、嵌缝、提浆整平、收光抹面、表面成型等各道工序一次性完成,真正意义上实现了渠道混凝土机械化衬砌的快速施工。This paper introduces in detail the research and development, application, optimization and application prospect of mobile bucket elevator, belt conveyor, channel slip lining machine, multi-functional concrete sewing machine and multi-functional concrete surface molding machine based on the practice of I section of open channel drainage renovation engineering in Gobi area of Xinjiang. This research and development achievement fills the equipment and technical gap, realizes the rapid construction of the channel drainage system, and realizes the one-time completion of each procedure in the plastic stage of concrete, the procedure include paving, vibrating, grading, caulking, leveling, finishing, surface forming and other processes,and truly realizes the rapid construction of the mechanized lining of the channel concrete.
