摘　　要：目的 分析慢性前列腺炎疾病、精液检验质量两者间存在的相关性.方法 从2016年4月至2017年6月期间在本院接受诊治的84例慢性前列腺炎患者分为观察A组（非细菌性慢性前列腺炎,n=42）、观察B组（细菌性慢性前列腺炎,n=42）,随机选取同时段在本院接受健康体检的42例健康者作为参照组,三组均行精液检验,回顾分析并对比检验结果.结果 观察A、B组精液量均明显多于参照组,液化时间短于参照组,精子密度、精子存活率均低于参照组,精子活动力明显差于参照组,参数异常率均高于参照组,组间比较差异有显著统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察A、B组两组间相关精液检验参数、参数异常率比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 患上慢性前列腺炎后,患者精液量明显增加,精子的液化时间更长,精子活动力显著降低,精子密度、精子存活率均明显下降,对精液检验质量产生一定影响.Objective To analyze correlation between chronic prostatitis and semen test quality.Methods The 84 patients with chronic prostatitis who were treated in our hospital from April 2016 to June 2017 were divided into group A（nonbacterial chronic prostatitis,n =42）,group B（bacterial chronic prostatitis,n =42） and 42 healthy people as control group.Semen test of three groups was reviewed and compared.Results The amount of semen in group A and group B was significantly higher than that of the control group,the liquefaction time was shorter than the control group,sperm density and sperm survival were lower than the control group,sperm motility was significantly inferior to the control group,the correlation parameters were higher than the control group.There were significant differences between two groups（P ＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in semen test parameters and abnormal parameters between group A and group B（P ＞0.05）.Conclusions After suffering from chronic prostatitis,the semen volume of the patient is significantly increased,the sperm has a longer liquefaction time,the sperm motility declines significantly,and the sperm density and sperm survival rate decreases significantly,which has a certain effect on quality of semen test.
