摘  要:通过比较不同酸碱度对丹参菌根效应的影响,旨在筛选出丹参菌根化栽培的最适酸碱度,为丹参菌根化栽培提供指导。该实验在不同酸碱度条件下分别设置接种菌剂处理组和不接菌剂对照组,并于处理后60 d测定各处理组丹参植物的侵染指标、生物量、有效成分等指标。研究结果表明,地表球囊霉GV在栽培基质p H 5-9均能与丹参形成比较好的侵染(F〉94.00%;M〉69.45%;m〉73.66%),均可以促进丹参生长,且在p H 8的弱碱性环境中菌根对丹参生长贡献率最高,菌根对地上鲜重增长的贡献率超过2倍,对根地下鲜重增长的贡献率超过5倍;而未接种菌剂时丹参在弱酸、中性条件下生长更旺盛,说明菌根可以改变丹参对环境的适应性。另外,在弱酸性和p H 8的件下,接种菌根都能显著性地提高丹参药材中迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B、二氢丹参酮的积累量,其中在p H 8的条件下增长幅度最大,提高幅度分别为6.59,5.03,2.20倍。因此作者认为,采用地表球囊霉GV进行丹参菌根化栽培最适宜的p H为8。By comparing the effects of soil p H on the efficiency of mycorrhizal symbiosis on Salvia miltiorrhiza,the study is aimed to provide guidance for the use of mycorrhiza in the cultivation of S. miltiorrhiza. In this experiment,the inoculant treated and the noninoculant treated control were grown in different soil p H. The data was collected after 60 days of cultivation including rate of mycorrhizal infection,biomass,and three chemical constituents with known medicinal action. The results showed that Glomus versiforme was more apt to infect S. miltiorrhiza( F 94. 00%; M 69. 45%; m 73. 66%) and promote the growth of S. miltiorrhiza under p H 5-9 soil. The mycorrhizal contribution to the growth of S. miltiorrhiza was the highest when grown in p H 8 soil. Plants grown with mycorrhiza in p H 8 soil had above-ground biomass more than 2 times and root biomass more than 5 times. The uninoculated plants grew better under acidic and neutral conditions,but the inoculated plants grew better under alkaline( p H 8) conditions. This result showed mycorrhiza can play a role in the adaptability of S. miltiorrhiza to the environment. Inoculation of mycorrhiza significantly increased the accumulation of rosmarinic acid,salvianolic acid B,and dihydrotanshinone by 6. 59,5. 03 and 2. 20-folds. Based on our results alkaline soil( p H 8) is most suitable for the cultivation of S. miltiorrhiza by inoculation with the mycorrhiza G. versiforme.
