摘　　要：通过对起重机械设备新度系数考量、测评的方法,研究探索提高起重机械设备新度系数途径及制定有效安全防范对策,有助于全面科学地掌握起重机械设备新度系数价值形态、物质形态变化规律。研究结果表明,通过提高起重机械新度系数可以有效防止事故发生几率。By means of considerations and assessment methods for hoisting machinery equipment new coefficient, this paper explores the way to improve the new coefficient of hoisting machinery equipment research and develops effective security countermeasures, which helps to grasp the change rule of value form, material form of the hoisting machinery equipment new coefficient comprehensively. The results show that the probability of accidents can be effectively prevented by improving the new coefficient of hoisting machinery.
