摘 要:一台130t/h高压蒸汽锅炉球形封头上,因结构需要设置了两个直径为108mm的非径向接管。因为我国水管锅炉强度计算标准中未规定凸形受压元件上关于开孔补强的计算方法,为了评估该非径向接管与封头连接处的应力集中水平是否在强度允许范围内,本文采用应力分析方法得到内、外壁高应力区的应力分布曲线。结果显示,因非径向开孔引起的强度减弱已得到充分补强。On the spherical head of a 130 t/h high pressure steam boiler, two non-radial nozzles of 108 mm diameter are required for the structure. In order to assess whether the stress concentration level of the connection between the non-radial nozzle and the head is in the allowable range, the stress distribution curve of the high stress zone on the inner and outer walls is obtained in this paper, because the calculation method of the opening reinforcement on the convex compression element is not specified in the strength calculation standard of the water pipe boiler in China. The results show that the strength reduction caused by non-radial opening has been fully reinforced.
